Guys, I'm in a big hurry and have to go... I'll post impressions when I'm back online monday.

Okay, quickie impressions:

DragonKnight... the losses were ALL ABOUT that poor RFL150. The AC put up a stiff challenge for most opponents, with the excellent combination of backmounts and a surprisingly popular right-hand weapon, but when your leftie fails as badly as RF150 did there's not a lot you can do. In its favor, DragonKnight did spank everyone soundly in his home arena the Steeple. The small footing made it easy to launch off all the orbits to good effect and drop the weapon, and also to strike with big relation barrages whenever the target tried getting from one pillar to another... it's hard to work dekes or dodging when it takes most of your energy to get from point A to point B above fatal pit C. Given the standard GS72/GSL72 combination I think this little guy would have shaken up the rankings a bit.

MooseDragon... a surprisingly powerful short range fighter. Laser rifle muzzle velocities apparently have nothing to do with what ranges you can expect the things to hit. XCD100 seems particularly short-sighted, but in conjunction with the left hand GS it raised hell at short range. As said elsewhere, the Moose's missile payload was a little light and generally we just tried to be rid of it. I don't know how a wieght change would suit this guy, e.g. up the defense in order to do business better at short ranges.

Blue Tornado... a sound AC and capable of generating some really fast victories, but without a reliable weapon on board it's all a roll of the dice. The HAs do what they can, but with decoys and interceptors they are subject to a high rate of failure. The XCG kicks major butt, though it's like an extremely tempermental girlfriend... sometimes you're just not lucky, sometimes you're too aggressive, sometimes you're not aggressive enough and lose before all your ammo's spent. It's hard to catch her in a good mood and go all the way.

Soyaabi... by far the most old-schooling, no-fooling, leave-em-drooling setup we've seen so far. The laser/sniper combination combines very good single-hit damage with amazing accuracy (which is good because the supporting weaponry is useless at worst and not particularly damaging at best)... terrain, lack of terrain, whatever the enemy's trying to attack with... every factor in the battle seems to be ripe for exploitation by this AC. I will admit that one win against BT was just me with 80 AP and no dekes, manually dodging the remainder of his HI-ACT supply. This guy is definitely a cut above.
