I really like the forum layout - very efficient!
The Mixed media break out appears to work really well also.

The one thing I miss from NCD is all the political discussion - it seems to get a bit lossed in the General Discussion Forum. Any chance of a "Politics" Forum in the Miscellaneous section?

Word, a room for the random topics (Gen. Discussion) and another for more serious sociopolitical issues would be good.

And what good ever came of the politics forum on the NCD?

Kobel does have a good point, IMHO if you have something to say put it in general discussion

IMO, It's all about different perspectives Kobel - get's one to think a bit and potentially reassess some things one might have previously glazed over. There are many ocassions where I thought "Wow, I didn't know this or didn't consider that...".

I'm not as well grounded in history as some of the other board members and apreciate their knowledge / prerspectives and how they relate to current happenings in the world. I just think the discussion is good in and of itself and shouldn't be lost among Happy Birthdays, Jokes / Quotes, "Hi, My Name is...", etc.

Sigh... If you really want one, start a poll about it in general discussion.
