Tune the diavolo heavier and the giavollotto lighter. Beam weapons still own at very light tunings...so you have one weapon to take big heaps of health off (diavolo) and one to slowly speed up the process

I don't know what the fionda is...let me check...

The Fionda is a generic grenade for the Carro. That means tune it as light as possible! It may decrease the durability of it but, it compensates for it by increasing the ammo and the blast radius of the weapon. Going light is the way to go for grenades in general.

I dunno.. I kinda liked Gatlings at -99 in the first phantom crash...besides, Diavolos chew through ammo quickly enough as it is, so you won't get to use it often due to lack of ammo.

Well, if you wanna go light, go ahead but do dual diavolos instead of the one and one giavollotto. Beam weapons chew through ammo fast, too.

well, I'll stick with what I got, so It'll be a long road to +99 from -30... but hey, I'm sure it'll kick booty when It's done.

I started a new file and almost COMPLETELY replicated roy's mech according to the guide. Carro:

I didn't save over my nova file, though, and had to play the stock market from day 4-76 twice. Icall it Sputnik. It gave me a couple ideas for Nova...

I played the stock market twice, tweaked the SV in the suggested way, and felt it deserved the name SuprNova. Here are the almost final stats:

it does prettty well offline, but I have no idea how well it would do online, as I have an old PS2, and no online adapter.
If you try it online, tell me how it did, and for just all around, online or off, tried or not, tell me where you think it needs tweaking. I'm planning on switching the fionda with a Vesuvio.

are you sure that leaving the right shoulder empty is what you want on a Carro?

if your not putting anything in that shoulder spot then you might wanna think about a -99 side shield. more defense with a small loss of speed

actually I'm working on a difesa on that spot right now so my -99 Giavoletto will have more armor. I can't put it on right now though, it weighs too much.

then make the difesa lighter and/or make the 2-Wheel heavier.

Theres a reason I made the diavolo heavier, Blue God. I guess your a wee bit too stupid to understand that. A -99 Giavoletto isn't going to do that much damage in a head on attack. That will also last me to an ammo cube should I run outta ammo for the Diavolo. There is another way to tune a weapon other then light. It's called HEAVY. -99 Diavolo + -99 Giavoletto = I'm hosed against a ranker. Not to mention the weapon hp. THe difesa is for my GIAVOLETTO.

I am think about something. i think that when I get pwned by something, it ticks me off. I also want to say is why are people bashing me? I am trying to make top-quality SVs and people say that they are pieces of junk. Is it because people are afraid of the potential of my SVs?

1.You refuse to admit that 99+SGs are better than 99-SGs.
2.You claim your SVs are good enough to stand in online without actually going online.
3.You stated the obvious.

I am starting to think that the people have a tendency to be eliteists and don't want to say that their SVs are not originals. I have the following reasons.

1)They like to make things -99 or +99 to mask their problems with skill
2)They don't like my SVs because it is not to their "standards"
3)I am the only one who gets bashed so that I have to react with anger especially if they just don't get how excellent my top-quality SVs are.
4)I know how the SV would go online but it doesn't mean that it is a gurantee on how it will be when I get online.

its all about armor penitration BG, not how many bullets can hit them, think about it, if you could nail me with 100 bullets to kill me in 2 minutes, and if I could nail you with 20 buillets and kill you 30 seconds, the bullet ammount wouldnt really matter there for you wouldnt be able to hit the 100 bullets needed if you were also getting nailed on with a much more powerful weapon.

ask BZ about last nights game with him, madmax, and I, or hell ask madmax. Its not the ammount of bullets you have, but the number that hit and damage they do. I can take from 1/6 up to 3/4 of a players health off from a from a frontal attack with 1 shot.
